New ºìÁ«ÉçÇø students may apply for a housing contract by completing the following steps:

1. Apply for admission at ºìÁ«ÉçÇø as a residential student or contact the Office of Undergraduate Admissions to request a change to residential status if the student originally applied to ºìÁ«ÉçÇø as a commuting student.

3. New students should check their ºìÁ«ÉçÇø e-mail account for a housing portal notification from Residence Life. 
4. Housing contracts, room selection, and roommate selection are all available through the ºìÁ«ÉçÇø housing portal. Deadlines for housing are communicated through email.

Current ºìÁ«ÉçÇø students may apply for a housing contract by completing the following steps:

1. Residence Life will notify current residents via e-mail before the housing contract process opens.  
2. Please note that per ºìÁ«ÉçÇø's Residence Policy, students who are freshmen and sophomores are required to live on campus. Students who believe that they have a unique hardship may request a waiver to the Residence Policy through the Dean of Students Office. 
3. Please note that housing contracts are binding once completed. Students wishing to cancel a housing contract should consult the cancellation terms in their housing contract as termination fees will likely apply.
